Got to Lose to Freshman 15!


Gaining weight in college is very common for college freshmen. (I am not an exception, but just not 15lb). Lose that extra pound is very important especially the summer is coming up. Here are couple numbers you need to keep in mind when you purphase food next time if you want to lose that 15!First,a piece of personal-size pizza is 500-600 calories which is 2-3 serving of soup, 7-8 apples or banana.Second, a good number of college student drinks.
